This notice explains what personal data BulkScript (bulkscript.com) processes, why and how.
What we collect
- The contact details you give when ordering or asking for help (Discord username and/or e-mail, the name you type)
- Delivery records: which plan you bought, the date, how many times the link was used
- Live support chats: the messages and images you send, your browser and device, and an approximate location (city/country) derived from your IP address
- Technical logs: IP address and request logs kept for security and abuse prevention
- Your language preference (in a cookie)
Why
We use this data to deliver your order, to support you, to confirm payments and to protect the site against abuse. The legal basis is the performance of a contract and our legitimate interest.
Sharing
We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. It is shared only as far as needed with the providers required to run the service: Cloudflare, which carries and protects the site's traffic, our hosting provider, and Discord for communication. Some of these providers are located outside your country.
Retention
Delivery records and support chats are kept while they may be needed for support, disputes or accounting, then deleted. Security logs are kept for a short time.
Cookies
The site uses one functional cookie to remember your language. The live support window stores an identifier in your browser so the conversation can continue. There are no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies.
Your rights
