These terms cover the digital plans sold on BulkScript (bulkscript.com, "we"). By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.
What you are buying
A plan gives you access to the relevant software for the duration you choose (1, 7 or 30 days). Once your payment is confirmed, access is delivered through a private link containing a key and/or a downloadable file. The duration starts when the key is first delivered.
Game rules and account risk
The software we sell is not affiliated with the game publishers and may break the games' terms of service. Using it can lead to your game account being restricted or permanently banned. No product comes with an "undetectable" guarantee. Whether you use a plan, and what follows from it, is entirely your responsibility; an account restriction or ban is not grounds for a refund. We recommend not using your main account.
Your key and delivery link
Your key and delivery link are personal. Shared, published or resold keys are revoked, and no refund is given in that case. A delivery link works for a limited time and a limited number of downloads; if it expires, ask support for a new one.
Payment
Payments are not taken on this site; they are handled through the channels listed on Discord or in live support. An order is not complete until the payment is confirmed. Prices are as published on the site.
Updates and outages
When a game updates, the software has to be updated too; the product may be marked "Updating" and there may be a short interruption. If an outage lasts, the lost time is added to your plan.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is"; we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. In any case our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. Game names, trademarks and artwork belong to their respective owners; BulkScript is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
